When I am going thru the PDF file, I see references to some other PDFs which are like "ac19100_.pdf". Where do I get these PDFs please?

IMHO, it's a page id within WBIMB/WMB InfoCenter that you are referring to The page id is searchable within the InfoCenter, e.g. within the following Web-based InfoCenter

you can enter your search 'ac19100_' and that would point you to the page 'Message flow accounting and statistics data'. If you scroll down to the bottom of the Help page, you would then see 'ac19100_' at the bottom-right hand corner....
At least that is the way I've been using to point people to a specific Help page.... Let me know if it works for you, Cheers.
