We have a problem with mqseries notification , we dont recieve any message in the administrator mail box.
and in the NCD.nsf , all notifications are bloqued and give no answer from hrdesign server.
also in MQ1LOG we have this message :

OUPUT file read :443 bytes
Context copied to the MQ buffer
File reading loop - begin
Record reading loop - begin
MQ buffer full
End of logical message

MQ doesn't send any email to any mail box on it's own. So if that is not working, it is the program that is supposed to put stuff in a mail box that is not working and not MQ.

What is NCD.nsf?

What is MQ1LOG? What is putting information into MQ1LOG?

what is hrdesign server?

What platform?

What version of WebSphere MQ?

I think it is possible for your error posting to have less real and useful information in it, but you would have had to try very hard to make it so.

Excuse my english it isn't very well.
We work with notes in WIndows NT and HRACESS and MQ in AIX (unix).
MQ1LOG is the MQ log file in AIX ( all informations about MQ ).
Hrdesign server is the AIX server , we have no reply from this server bescause , i think that MQ is not available ( MQ buffer full ).
in the NCD.nsf (notes database) we have all workflow messages and its clear that we have a problem in MQseries ( no reply ).

That's an application error message about the buffer being full. That is not an mq error message.

Are you sure that's not an application log of MQ activity? It's rather a non-standard name for an MQ log (in the sense of being a queue manager log). What directory is it in?

Sounds more like a problem with Notes on the face of it.

There's a theme here - it involves finding the real problem

the MQ1LOG is in the AIX server , in this way :
$SIGACS/adm/log/MQ1LOG.

Which is an odd place for an MQ log to be placed.

It's an application log of some sort. I remain convinced this is not an MQ error unless there's better evidence for it. To find this, look in the real MQ log, /var/mqm/qmgrs/<queue mananger name>/errors or something like that.

But look into the application first. This does not seem like an MQ error.

To be more clear, we think that the problem is in the HRACCESS program.

Or maybe it is in the messages.

No, that is your program, not IBM's.

Oh, well. I've never heard of it or used it.

If you have a support agreement, you can open a PMR for it probably.
