I have created a queue manager cluster with two queue managers.
I have defined cluster sender and cluster receiver channels for both the queue managers.
I have started listeners for both the queue manager.

I've issued the command to start the channels also.

But the channels are not getting started, displaying binding and retrying.

And because of that my cluster is not working.

Pls help.

Okay, let's eliminate the obvious first. Have you checked:

a) The channel names match
b) The correct IP address is specifed
c) The correct port is specified
d) There is a connection between the 2 boxes for that port (i.e. no firewall or other impediment)

Please also post any other problem resolution strategies you've already tried; no point us suggesting what's already failed to help!

Hi ,

I have resolved the problem.
There were some problems with the network spcification.
So,the connection I specified in the CONNAME attribute was not working and because of that channels wrere not getting started.

Thnkx all.

You have channel problems - start with the network!

Glad you've got it sorted.
