I installed WID(Integration Developer) and am trying to install WMB. While installing WMB, it is throwing error saying that the eclipse platform is not compatible. How do I resolve this and install WMB?

Have a look at this instructions:

I had a similar issue when installing RAD and MWB.
Basically, I had to install the RAD version that supported MWB (6.0.0.1) by creating a local repository.

WID is probably at 6.0.1.1 level. WMBT 6.0.0.1 expects WID 6.0.1, you can just ignore the warning.
Keep im mind that WID and WMBT must be installed in the same directory.
