Hi,
I installed WID on my machine and I want to run the message broker toolkit in WID, how to do that?

All you have to do is install message broker toolkit and if you open WID, then there will be couple of message broker perspectives.
You might run into eclipse compatibility issue during installation, otherwise you are fine.

I had a similar issue when installing RAD and MWB.
Basically, I had to install the RAD version that supported MWB (6.0.0.1) by creating a local repository.
