I ma getting an error while installing MQ 5.3.0.2 on AIX 5.3. It is saying that

The following pre requisites are missing in that it is asking MQ V5.3.0.4

mqm.server 5.3.0.4
mqm.base.rte 5.3.0.4


I tried to install all components but it is asking the higher version as pre requisite.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

See the options on smit or installp to suppress any errors or warnings because of prerequisite software

Check what is installed on the server , may be there are traces of old install or something !

lslpp -la | grep -i mq
should give you the list I believe !

Thanks i installed both MQ server and workflow Client on AIX.
