Hi all,
I am very new to the concept of adapters. But since I carry the responsibility of installing/configuring WBI Adapter for PeopleSoft, I looked into some documents. As a WBI Admin, I should:
a) Install WBI Adapter FrameWork 2.4 on AIX
b) Install WBI Adapter for PeopleSoft 2.3 on AIX.
c) Configure ( )
Though I read the document twice so far, I still have many questions unanswered. It would be really greatful if someone who has already worked on this stuff guides me a little bit.
a) Who has to create the business objects? Is it me or the people soft team?
b) Apart form providing the psjoa.jar, PSFTCI.jar and pstools.properties files, what should I expect from the PSFT team?
c) What are all those CWEVENT_CI's etc? Is it something which I should be creating?
It's my humble request to guide me in this regard.
Thank you. |

Does my question come into this section of the forum, or else do I need to post it somewhere else in this forum?
If this the right spot, someone kindly respond to my question(s).
Thank you. |

If you are the Admin..You dont need to worry about the Objects The Developer Teams create..Yo are only concerned with Deploying The ODA,Connector stuff and Creating an Instance to the Users..
The developers supply you with the Business Objects and Connectors and you need o deploy them..
I put what I do for CrossWorlds Adapter..Hope this helps a BIt |
