Today I uninstalled complete 6.0 including RAC, WMQ, Eclipse platform and reinstalled. Now after starting toolkit when I try to open administratiion perspective it gives error "problems opening prespective 'com.ibm.etools.mft.admin.AdminPerspective'"

NOTE : Earlier deployed messages(bar files) were getting stuck in Broker admin queue and some of the EGs were suddenly dissappearing from the broker view in the toolkit(this appears to be result of extensive use of debugger). This is the reason I decided to reinstall 6.0

Any idea what is causing this problem.

Have you tried:
(1) starting the toolkit with the "-clean" option
(2) erasing your ".metadata" folder?

Hi Wayne,
I tried without erasing the metadata.(I tried giving a new workspace as well)
And with -clean option too I see the same problem

The problem is resolved. After uninstalling Rational RSA and reinstalling Toolkit solved the problem.
Not sure but the problem appears to be because both RSA and toolkit use the same shell. And when I uninstalled toolkit it disturbed this configuration and/or java libraries.
