Hi All,
I am having a flow which connects to an application database.
My broker is on Windows and my database is on a remote AIX m/c and the tables are in schema1. I created a system dsn on the broker m/c to the db and saved the user id as 'schema1' in ini file. I am logged in to the local broker m/c as 'user1'.
I want my flow to connect to the db as user 'schema1'.
To add, my broker is running as user 'schema1' while configmgr as 'user1' on this local machine.

run mqsisetdbparms from the command line.

you need to speicfy the broker name, the data source name and the user id and password

i.e. mqsisetdbparms BROKER -n DataSource -u UserId -p Password

You can specify the DB user Id and Password when you create the broker :

mqsicreatebroker brokerName -i serviceUserId -a servicePassword -q queueManager Name -n dataSourceName [-u dataSourceUserId] [-p dataSourcePassword] [-s unsQMgr Name [-j]] [-g configurationTimeout] [-k configurationDelayTimeout] [-w workPath] [-l userLilPath] [-t] [-m] [-v statisticsMajorInterval] [-P httpListenerPort] [-c icuConverterPath] [-y ldapPrincipal -z ldapCredentials]
