I'm working on installing Broker and WMQ v6 on AIX. I have read the install guides for both on that platform but there are some questions that are being answered.

Is there guidance or instruction on installing the products from downloaded software packages rather than off of dvd or cd?

The manuals have help to a point but this is a first for the company so I dont really dont anywhere here to walk me through, so a resource with granular instructions would be great.

Any resources available to help with this?
