Can anyone help>
I am trying to Extract Data from a Database and into a XML using the mapping node.
The help is confusing. Does anyone know what I need to do to get started. Draggin gand dropping is the last step and not the first. I have a Database with just one row and trying to map those 5 fields in to the XML. I dont know how to setup the first
per the help:
To map a target element from a database table, set up the Mapping node to:
retrieve the relevant rows from the database
populate the message target elements with values from database After you have added a database to the mapping, the Spreadsheet pane contains a $db:select entry in the Map Script column. By default, its value is fn:true(), which means that all rows are retrieved from the database table.
Do I just leave it fn:true(), and drag my fields in the edit pane? |

Issue Resolved - had to move the "$target" under the "for". |
