Hi all,
I have created 2 Queu managers for communication and i have created remote and transmission Queus in Source QMGR and local Queue for destination side.I have create Sender channel and Receiver Channel,here sender channel is getting initialized but receiver channel is in inactive state.
can you help me in this,
(Error :AMQ4080,AMQ4008)

is the conname in the sender correct?
did you start a listener on the receiving qmgr for the correct port?
did you check that the machines can communicate with each other (ip connectivity, firewall, ....)?
if all above is true, then what exactly is the status of the sender channel (binding, initializing,....) and what exactly are the error messages in the amqerr01 log?

i tried to ping the CHANNEL :
remote channel not known .there is no definition of this channel on the remote system(AMQ4080)
PLEASE HELP |

Please list your channel definations.
Make sure that sending and receiving end of the channel have same name.

You don't specifically state that you created the receiver channel on the target queue manager. Did you or did you create the channel pair on just the source queue manager? |
