i am populating MQMD.Expiry(datatype GMTTIMESTAMP) with a datatype of NUMBER in Oracle database, gives me an exception in Message Broker...ny fixes? Urgetnt...................

You aren't trying to set a date and time for the message to expire are you?

You don't set a time stamp, you give it a 'lifespan' value. This is the number of 'units' for the message to live. I say 'units' because I believe the value you actually provide is the lifespan in hundredths of a second.

This is clearly documented
