All,

In case you haven't heard, Skype is giving free local & long distance phone calls in North America (until Dec 31). You just use your PC to call (SkypeOut) to any regular phone number.

I've been using it for a few days now and it seems to work reasonably well. Since I make a lot of calls to the USA, saving money is a good thing.

Today I went out and bought the 'Trendnet TVP-SP1BK Bluetooth VOIP' phone. Not a smooth setup but it does work and I like being able to walk around when talking.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents. Note: I don't have any affiliation with Skype!!
