I have two process templates in my WF runtime
I have an ADMIN id which is the system admin which is used for template1
(category1)
I have another admin-admin2 which i use for template2(category2)
When i say i use for template i mean to release a process using a template

I have my own java client interacting with the workflow engine.
And i am on WF3.3.2

THe problem:

I tried to create a publiclist for admin2 on the fat client i am not able to see anything on the filter tab!!! nor the sort.
My admin2 is authorized to see the instances for template 2 only
But admin is authorized to see everything.
Has anyone seen this?

I am not sure I understand exactly what you are saying. Do you expect to see a filter? Why? If you don't code a filter then there will be none. MQWF will only show you items that you are authorized for.

I mean to say the filter tab where a filter can be entered is not showing up
when i login and goto settings on a worklist

So you open the settings for any list and only see the general tab?

I assume based on your original message that you are using the IBM supplied fat client. If this is the case, there is something radically wrong with your installation. I have never seen any list settings that didn't contain General, Filter and Sort tabs.

The Sort and Filter tabs might not contain any data (but that's normal) but they are always there.
