I am getting following error meaasge from SiteScope Alert .MQ exception: CC = 2 RC = 2058 (Queue Manager name error)

For this

I want to apply the patch CSD11 for MQ Servers, for that But this requires a Server Reboot after patch update.
Does i't affect the MQ. and integration between the systems.

Please suggest can i do this ?

No it should not affect MQ integration but for the outage needed to apply the patch. (By the way rebooting the box is not needed on UNIX platforms, but you will need to clear shared memory).

Neither would it clear your error. If you have the wrong qmgr name applying the CSD is not going to magically fix that... Remember CASE counts!
