Hi All,
I have a process in which I have a single manual program activity.I want to create workItem for that activity at particular Time .
Can I do that?
If yes how?
Any feedback is appreciated.

There is no way to do exactly what you are saying, but with a little creativity I think you can get close to what you want.
1) IF you control the CreateAndStartInstance that gets this process instance started, simply start the instance at the appropriate time.
2) If you can not control the start, you will probably need to add a dummy activity, that will expire at the time that you want your activity to start.
