Hi. All.
Anyone have used pathWAI (now IBM owns) ?
It looks like Browser based product with JAVA/JMS.
But, is still MQ client required to access z/OS or anyother platform's Qmgr ?
Pls advice me.

This has been rebranded by IBM as OMEGAVIEW II.
It has also been obsoleted by OMEGAMON XE's CandleNet Portal viewer.
So don't bother with it, please.
Maybe you want to try QFlex. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I think Qflex has no Editor included. I need both(monitor and editor) _________________ WMQ/WMQI/WBI Consultant

Well. Maybe you want IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE For Messaging.
Or maybe you want MQSoftware's Qpasa. Or maybe you want contact admin's Contact Admin. Or maybe you want QFlex and MQVisualEdit from CapitalWare.
Or maybe you want to build your own solution.
Or maybe you want to try to use an unsupported, obsolete product. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Many more.
Almost every enterprise level monitoring tool that I know of that has specific support for MQ also includes a message editing tool. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
