Creating Samples Error in Broker V6

I was attempting to create the CSV2XML sample and I get the following error. Any suggestions?

Creating the new execution groups and deploying the samples; please wait.
Status ERROR: com.ibm.etools.mft.eou code=0 Could not create the execution groups.

Collected output from task >
Stdout: []

Stderr: [] java.lang.Exception: The bar file is missing from the sample.

Any help is appreciated.

do u have the necessary bar file in place

Well, when I have ran the sample's before, I had not been required to create the bar file.
