I have around 4000 instances in my workflow, i have a filter and am applying a threshold of 1000 to retrive the instances

I am continously getting this error

FMC38009E MQSeries Workflow API Error :
API Return Code : 13
Error Origin : FmcSession.java:460
Error Message : FMC00013E Communication error - Failing Action: get, Reason Code: 2019, Failing Object: FMC.CLIENT.EXC .
Nested Exception : None
at com.ibm.workflow.client.api.FmcSession.CallSync(FmcSession.java:460)
at com.ibm.workflow.client.api.FmcExecutionService.queryWorkItems(FmcExecutionService.java(Compiled Code))

Note that this works once in a while, but most of the time it gives this exception

I am using Java API for getting the work items

My Env
MQWF 3.6 on Windows
Client also on different windows box

Also i am getting this exception only when the filter returns more than 1000 records and the threshold is to be applied, if the filter returns less than 1000 then the error does not occur.

Any idea whatz going wrong
