| After upgrading to service pack 12 for IBM MQ for linux I am experiencing problems regarding COD's. Specifically, my counterparty is only receiving a 150 COD's out of thousands of received messages, I'm not sure why this would occur. I upgraded from the base cd version straight to CSD 12. If anyone could shed some light on this problem I would greatly appreciate it. |

Did the channel carrying the reply message back to the requester get restarted?
In general, if your problem description consists of
1. it worked yesterday
2. the only change in the system is the upgrade to CSD12
3. it doesn't work today
...then call Support. NB. Please concentrate on point 2 - it's important to understand what changed on the system. If it's only the CSD upgrade, then you are entitled to think the CSD might have caused the problem. If, on the other hand, there were other changes (eg. your counterpart has upgraded their app, the channel carrying the reply message didn't get restarted) then this might be the most important point to focus on. |
