Hi,
Wht is the error all about? Why I am unable to do anything except deleting the QM.

You need to post more info. When are you getting this error? What version/csd of mq and osplatforms? Can you post console output or relevant sections from error logs? Are there any FFSTs?
What have you treid to fix the problem?

dont know, maybe mq, maybe something else, you did not tell us.

This often indicates something environmentally wrong with the installation, or even just a bad installation. make sure you're not mixing libraries from different versions, or something squirrelly like that.
