Hi everybody and thanx again for your time.
I have the following problem;
Into a diagram, there's a process activity ( called for example "END"). This process activity has control and data connectors from different program activities and process activities (called for example BEGIN1, BEGIN2 and BEGIN3). I want to keep the name of the person who performed anyone of the BEGIN activities and advanced the state of the process to END. Is there any way to do this?
Thanx so much _________________ #10 |

The only way to do this is to design this into the model. Use container members to hold the user names of the steps, and then set the value of the user who performed the step via the API when each activity runs. _________________ John McDonald

Thanx Jmac, but the predefined data members don't keep the person who performed the last activity, and this is what I'm interested. The way I see to performed this into the model is put an END process activity for each BEGIN activity, but this adds so much complexity to the diagram.
When you click the staff1 tab into an activity (program o processs) and check the "Starter of activity option", where workflow keeps this name?

Right... there is no predefined member that holds the USER. You are going to have to add a memeber to the container, and store the userid of the user who runs the activity into that member using the API. _________________ John McDonald
