Currently working on an iSeries MQ project. We have two production servers, one live, one DR. Question is should we be using MIMIX to copy over the IFS and queue manager library?

The alternative is to create the same queue manager on the DR server. Messages are all persistent though and if we were to have messages on a queue, at the time of a disaster, they could be lost. Also when we need to failover we'll need to reset message sequence numbers.

Does anyone have any advice or experience?

Many thanks

Michael
