MQ Client Communication failure

Following error are generated in Mq logs at the Remote Client Q.

Error sending data to host <IP> address.

An error occurred sending data over TCP/IP to <IP>. This may be due to a communications failure.

The return code from the TCP/IP(send) call was 10093 X('276D'). Record these values and tell your systems administrator.

Please advice asap

WSANOTINITIALISED -- Successful WSAStartup not yet performed. TCP networking has not been initialized on your computer.

You should check your IP configuration.
