The queue manager doesn't have a port.

The listener has a port.

Whether or not you can change this using MQSC depends on how you started the listener.

In Version 6.0 you can create a listener and stop the running one then start the new one. Even if the running one was not created using mqsc if it shows up in the status you can probably stop it.
