I have been reading the documentation and I want to have a second opinon from a peer. So... We are currently running mq 5.3.09 on Solaris 9 using SSL on our client channel. We have a new requirement to use TLS on that channel, which forces us to upgrade to MQ 6.0. from reading I have gathered that all I need to do is change the Cipherspec to a TLS specific one(as well as upgrade), and Im using TLS vs previously using SSL? Can anyone confirm this?

According to the documentation (MQ Security), TLS is available on i5/OS only.

Could you supply a URL or a more precise reference please? I had not heard of such a limitation before.
