Well... I am responding to my post because I didn't get any response to my post and I want to know onething. Can you please tell me that the reason that there was not a single reply is because...
1. My experience is not enough.
2. I am not having H1/Work Permit.
2. There is no opening at all.
Thanks. |

"Job Seekers" is for people who want jobs, "Job Postings" is for jobs that want people. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Hi guys,
Out of the perhaps 5-10 interviews i've given, only 2 were calls from people who had noticed my posting here.
Atleast in India I have noticed that HR's are NEVER looking for people, there are agencies/agents picking your resumes from job sites and forwarding it to the companies....and even they have very poor knowledge of the existence of mqseries.net.
So if your looking for an opening, put it on a job site, but be sure, u are not going to get abroad directly....it will be the same old joining a company and asking them to send u the whole time...
Else u should have friends and contacts abroad, who can pull u in....
Best of luck.
Regards. |
