Hi,
I am getting the follwing error while Iam trying to start the MQConnector
A connection with MQSeries, queue manager name = Gserver.queue.manager, channel = CHANNEL1, host = Y9GED8QONHW, port = 1414 could not be obtained. [info]::com.ibm.mq.MQException: method logExclude(Ljava/lang/Integer;)V not found
I have all the above things with my MQ.
I am not getting how to resolve this problem.
please help me out.

And you've checked (with netstat or similar) nothing else has snaffled port 1414? And a firewall has not blocked access (with telnet or similar)? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Hi,
I too got same error when I deployed the webSphereMQConnector on ICS server.
see if I use delivery transport IDL its working Fine, but if I tries with MQ delivery transport, webSphereMQConnector goes with black symbol.
I tried to start the webSphereMQConnector on ICS production, I got the error as BalaSai mentioned above.

try validating the connection before deploying. check if the setup is correct...should give you some reason code if there is a problem. _________________ Regards,

I got the same problem! This problem only accurs on RedHat Linux platform and other platforms works fine! My ICS is 4303 and AdapterFrameWork is 2406 and MQ Adapter is higher than 2.70! I can validate the MQ connection but fail to start after deploy!!!!
