Running on WBIMB ver 5.0, fp 6 on windows
I turned archive statistics on some time ago, and all has been fine. But I found a quirk I wasn't expecting and wondered if others have seen the same, and/or if this is by design or is a bug.
If I turned archive statistics on by

| mqsichangeflowstats <broker> -a -g -j -c active -o xml -t basic -n basic |
and have 10 flows running, and I update one of the flows and redeploy it, statistics for that flow is turned off. So where the published statistic message used to have information on 10 flows, now it has 9. Statistics for the other 9 are fine, but changing a flow causes the broker not to gather and emit statistics for that flow anymore.
The updated flow is named the same, however apparently is tagged differently by the broker. So "all flows" means all flows at that time, but not any flows that change. Sidebar, if a new flow is added, statistics processing for that flow is enabled and reported automatically. So I I would have added 2 flows, and changed 1, I now would get 11 flows of statistics, but not 12.
Has anyone else seen this and/or know if this is the way it should be working. I would think that "all flows" means all flows, now, and later. |
