Hi All,
we are using MQseries 5.3 on AIX , we faced aproblem with one queue manager , it says that ended abnormally
when we saw the logs and error in one FDC file we found the below message

ACTION:
Use the standard facilities supplied with your system to record the problem
identifier, and to save the generated output files. Contact your IBM support
center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been resolved.
please advise to resolve this error _________________ regards,

What you need to do is:
Use the standard facilities supplied with your system to record the problem
identifier, and to save the generated output files. Contact your IBM support
center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been resolved. |

Look further down the FDC file from this piece of text - it may (should?) contain the name of the file it was looking for, and failed to find. This may give you a clue about why it is not there - eg. someone deleted it, or, as Tibor says, it may be on a filesystem that is not mounted.
Also note that CSD07 is old now - nearly two years old. Current CSD is number 12 - looking good so far.
Let us know the name of the file that couldn't be found, if you find out  |
