I just realised that the two fiels Client.bnd and server.bnd are not updated with fixpac like other file. Is this my problem is this the way? Also, they are committed while other are only applied.

mqm.Client.Bnd 5.3.0.0 C F WebSphere MQ Client Bundle
mqm.Server.Bnd 5.3.0.0 C F WebSphere MQ Server Bundle
mqm.base.runtime 5.3.0.7 A F WebSphere MQ Runtime for

Any idea?

I think thats normal, I seen that the .bnd(bundle) files dont get upgraded when we upgrade MQ. I think those are the bundle files from our first installaiton of Mq from which the runtime fiels are created. Not sure
