hundred of queues were created when an application what utilises MDBwas run. Could you please give some insight where should I start? I checked errors file and there is notthing special.

these look like they might be dynamic queues? What is the 'Creation method' of them?
And what is the 'Dynamic queue type' of your default model queue?
I found changing the Dynamic queue type to T in my model queue to get rid of left over dynamic queues on my z/OS qmgrs.

The error message 2053 which is q full
But the app seeks not putting message on queue rather creating queues

there is not dynamic queue create I think
