yes and even i removed the registry entries ....

and instaled the ToolKit it is showing same error

Hey...which version of toolkit you are working...?

whether it is 4.2.2? Whether other tools are working properly?
How did you get those tools, I mean from adapter framework/adapter or along with ICS?


IBM even supplies these toolkits along with adapter framework/adapters.
