Ah yes the old 'it gave an error' post. The error is caused by the whotsit. You need to tweak the dongle and then redo the whatchmacallit.
Platform would be halpful, so would error messages. Come on at least provide us with some clues so that we can do your job for you. |

This begs the question -
Is this "really" a double post? I mean, it's not the exact same, it's just a pointer to another post.
Which reminds me, I should probably post in the general forum to let people know to come and read this one.
200 posts and I still haven't seen a question answered. Only asked. And often asked in multiple forums. I know you have to start somewhere but at this rate many of you could rightfully be asking for a cut of jeevan/amateur10's paycheque.

Jeevan, please do all of us a favour and read the article behind this post very carefully:

- Read the manuals
- Understand what you've read
- try to set up simple things bevore you try hard things
- try it on the console bevore you try it in MQExplorer
- If you do it in MQExplorer make sure your QueueManager is available for remote administration
- If MQExplorer does not recognize your queuemanager, make sure the console recognizes it (dspmq)
- If it the console recognizes (dspmq) it and it is running. Check the command server/listener etc. |

Really. Not a joke. You seem to run into problems with *everything* you try, and do not show basic problem resolution skills, even after we have repeatedly told you how to go about solving most these problems (read the manual, search, look for FDCs, look at the MQ error logs). Guess what, the next time something goes wrong, read the manual, search, look for FDCs, look at the MQ error logs! I'm waiting for the post asking us where the "Any" key is!
If you have to post, tell us what you have done so far to try and fix it, where you have looked so far to find the answer, and basic details. We don't have a crystal ball that tells us what version of MQ you have, or what O/S you are on, etc.
