How to setup in connection pool in WAS that should allow to connect to two qmgrs on different servers.

Please advise.

You set up two connection factories, one for each qmgr.

And then you configure the connection pools on those individual connection factories to the right size.

By the way the JVM should connect to a single qmgr at any single point.

Unless I completely don't understand you, then, yes.

You should go to the WAS Info Center and spend some time reading the sections on Messaging resources. You seem to be lacking some basic understanding of how applications access connections in J2EE and how that works with WAS.

I'm certainly not going to teach you those things - so go learn on your own.
