Hi,
We are facing problem while trying to resubmit the failed events from the ICS Flow Manager.
ICS Version used : ICS 4.3 with JMSAdapter V2.6

When tried to resubmit the message again the Flow manager throwing below error...

The following Error occured while trying to submit an unresolved flow.
Event resubmission manager encountered an error :
Reason : Failed Event manager encountered an error
Reason : Java.lang.ClasscastException:CxCommon.CxListBuffer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How we can resolve this issue, so that we can resubmit the messages again for processing.

One more thing we noticed that, it is not possible to view the BO details from the Flow manager ( Using Display details option). It is also throwing exception.

can you restart the ics once,if you restart the ics it will take all the events which is failed first then it will goto the new events.

in the case of referred status only you have to think.

when did the failed flow occur ? Can you check the log and the trace file of that date ....and paste that so that we can try to figure out why it failed in failed flow.
