I NEED TO SEND MESSAGES TO TWO OR MORE QUEUE MANAGERS AT A TIME HOW DO I NEED TO CODE THE COMMAND..
(I.E)AMQSPUT REMOTEQUEUE QMGRNAME(THIS IS FOR SENDING THE MESSAGE TO ONE QUEUE MANAGER SIMILLARLY LIKE THIS IF I NEED TO SEND TO MORE THAN ONE QUEUE MANAGER HOW DO I NEED TO CODE THIS COMMAND |

Do you mean, several QMgrs on the same system? Then run amqsput via script in a loop.
Do you mean, several QMgrs on different systems? Then run amqsputc (the client version) via script in a loop.
Do you mean, out of an application, connected to one QMgr, sending messages to several QMgrs? Use distribution lists.
Specify, what you want!

You can also rewrite amqsput to use threads. Then you can establish a connection to one queue manager in each thread, and in this way talk to more than one queue manager at a time.
Or you can use the MIRRORQ exit installed on one queue manager to copy messages to remote queues that will go to the othre queue managers.

THAT IS THE BASICS OF HOW TO WRITE SCRIPTS ..
(THE SYNTAXES AND RULES I NEED TO FOLLOW TO CODE THEM) |

Please stop posting in ALL CAPS.
Scripting is dependant on what operating system you are using.
You will get better answers from your local systems administrators on how to write these scripts than from us. And they will likely come quicker.

Did you try amqsptl?
You can put the same message to multiple queues on the same qmgr or remote qmgrs.
