Hi,
while starting the ics the start service i have got it.i am using 4.3 wics.

that one is not starting .while starting suddently its Vanish

The reson could be its already started.
Check the port on which the nameserver is started.
run this batch file C:\IBM\WebSphereICS\bin>CosNameServer_Dump.bat
and see if the nameserver is running.
