when running the fmczutil I get the follwing:

/root >fmczutil
FMC33899I libfmczrfnc.a(share.o) was not loaded.
FMC33900E Cannot load libfmczrfnc.a(share.o)
FMC33201I Configuration Commands Menu:

c ... Create
x ... Exit Configuration Commands Menu
c

FMC33210I Select Category Menu:
c ... ( ) Client with queue manager
j ... ( ) Java Agent
w ... ( ) Web Client
a ... all
n ... none
x ... Exit Select Category Menu
x

FMC33201I Configuration Commands Menu:
l ... List
c ... Create
x ... Exit Configuration Commands Menu
x

Question: Why does the option "Server" or "Runtime DB utilities" does not come up?
I have the same setup in a different server, and these options come up. Please help!

and see what output you get

Looks like you installed only the client libraries.

I have a solution for this:

The oracle libraries were not properly installed. We were missing 1 of them.
