Hi,
In our requirement we have to connect to Oracle 10g R1 Application and OS/400 V5R2 Application database through odbc connectivity.
From my message flow i am able to connect to the db2 database successfully.
using WBIMB 6.0
Issue:
====
For Connecting Oracle 10g R1.
===================
I have created the DSN to the oracle machine with the given datadirect driver with WBIMB6.0. And set the password using MQSISETDBPARMS.
Then i try to start the broker then the Dataflow engine is showing 100% cpu utilization. And i am not able to stop the broker. Hence i use mqsistop -i to stop forcebly.
To avoid this problem i have to remove the dsn created from windows.
I am not able to see any errors in eventvwr.
Pls help me out to sort this problem.
Is there any procedure i ahve to follow for creating oracle connecivity in WBIMB6.0 ?
For Connecting os/400.
===================
I have created the DSN to the os/400 machine with the os/400 client installed and using the default driver with WBIMB6.0. And set username and password using MQSISETDBPARMS.

Maybe it's your message flow that's looping, and it has nothing to do with the database connectivity itself. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Hi Jeff,
I have even tried to without any flows. means i have created a data flow engine. Stopped the broker and run the command MQSISETDBPARMS for the odbc i have configured. Then started the broker. After execution group not able to start and become hyng.
Thanks and Regards,
