Are you saying that, rather than inserting the contents of the Environment.Variables.Error.MessageSource.QueueManager, what is getting inserted is the text "Environment.Variables.Error.MessageSource.QueueManager"?

Hi praveenraju,

Can you check if this is a known issue...this seems to be weird....

Please check that Environment.Variables.Error.MessageSource.QueueManager does not contain the value Environment.Variables.Error.MessageSource.QueueManager
I know I am pissing you off sorry.

Just for the sake of testing, why dont you store the value into say a variable and then try to insert that.....

Regards.

Just inserting character value from Env into database varchar field (if that's what you're doing) should work fine,....normally. What database is it, DB2? The target column,...varchar, blob/clob,....? Like suggested, if you haven't, try viewing the value (by displaying in trace, debbuging etc) and see if it looks weird.
