I can do that only on monday.

It seems that there is problem in installlation. I tried to uninstall, I even could not do that. I am not sure what to do?

Well, unless you can tell us what the problems are (like amqerr01.log and installp logs), neither am I.

btw, your 7019 is this:
Quote:

AMQ7019
An error occurred while creating the directory structure for the new queue manager.
Severity:

40 : Stop Error
Explanation:

During creation of the queue manager an error occurred while trying to create a file or directory.
Response:

Identify why the queue manager files cannot be created. It is probable that there is insufficient space on the specified disk, or that there is a problem with access control. Correct the problem and submit the command again.

Also, what platform.
There should also be some OS level commands to see if the installation didn't go well, for example lppchk on AIX or pkgchk on Solaris etc.

It is not ippchk but lppchk like in L but lowercase.

as the error log says:
Quote:
... when calling the operating system ...

crtmqm mainly creates a directory structure. It seems, that the mkdir call fails because ???

Maybe, you created the volumes on external disks and did not mount them?

Or the user has no permissions to create directories?

Or ...

It is not an MQ problem, but a problem of your operating system.

You will probably want to set the following environment variables for the mqm user:
EXTSHM=ON
AIXTHREAD_SCOPE=S

Was an FDC file written in /var/mqm/errors ? This should show the directory name that the system failed to create.

Search through the FDC file for the text "FileName" - is there anything there? Hopefully there is a dump of the directory name that MQ was trying to create with mkdir().
