I know I'm going to regret this, but here goes: Did you check the IBM Training site ?
If not, then look at the e-Learning courses. |

I know, ibm and a few other IBM partner conduct training but they are expensive and in fact no time to attend. So thinking whether there are any CBT. I know a few of them ( cbt producer) but now sure their quality.
Anyway, thanks |

Did you even click on the link I provided in my post?
The e_Learning courses are CBT-based, and relatively inexpensive. |

The best MQ admin CBT is the administering MQ day-to-day |

The second best CBT is reading the manuals cover-to-cover.
Then as you try to do things, the manual information will start to make sense and inform what you're trying to do and how it should be done. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I beg to differ, my friend.
Based on your previous posts, you need an elementary offering first, to obtain the basic MQ concepts. |

Gosh you know, I'm gunna have to agree with JT on this one.
Also in light of some of the basic questions you've posted in the last week or so I'd like to suggest Unix for Dummies too. That is not ment to be a jab at you jeevan.
I don't have any college degrees. Fifteen years ago I worked my way into an entry level IT position running Digital Voicelink Speed Dialers for a collections/telemarketing agency. From there I became a tape librarian. I still have my old copies of DOS and Unix for Dummies.
You also need to brush up on english. No really, I mean it.

The spelling is right but the grammer is verging on undecipherable.
I realize you are facing a sharp learning curve here and we do want to help but if we can't understand the question, how do you expect us to answer it? _________________ Yes, I am an agent of Satan but my duties are largely ceremonial. |

I really appreciate you guys' willingness to help me. So far as english is concerned, I can write far better and correct, but due to time pressure in office, many time, I write poor like you showed. However, I am gonna improve my writing too.
I do not know how many of you have read Lincoln life story, he is my role model. I am going into my journey and one day I conquer the summit.
bye and have nice weekend |

I'll chime in .... you are better off taking the time to write a good English description of your problem or question. When you post something like this:
Quote: |
MY PROBLEM IS NOT to create a queue manager. I know that. but in my system, i could not create a queue mangaer. my boss says it is due to systems qmgr was not created. So, my queues is how to create it |
we simply do not understand what you are trying to say. This wastes time, perhaps hours. Where-as if you take the time (an extra 5 minutes) to write the question and then "preview" it, you'll actually save time.
I think it's fair to say that everyone here contributes for the purpose of helping others.... but we are not here to do your job for you. So, you must show some effort on your part to try and solve the problem, and tell us what you have done to try and solve it ...
Have a good night -w _________________ -wayne |
