I know the info centre and downloaded all redbooks. I could not find exactly so only i asked. Could you please tell me where to set up in q or qmgr and what parameter is that?

Good, then you know that there's a Search function within the Information Center where you can look up all topics related to 'XA'.

and, if you have all the redbooks, you can use Adobe to search all of them too.

Hint: System Admin Guide -> Configuring WebSphere MQ -> Transactional Support .... tells you everything you need to know.

Long story short, you have to add a few lines in qm.ini (if UNIX).

Here is an example for adding DB2 database as one of the participants.

However, you need to read the above documentation before you can do anything.
