I am getting an error "MQCONN: CompCode = 2, Reason Code = 2059" while trying to open the MQ API and the OPEN button is not enabled to put the messages into the Q.
Please help me whether it is installation/configuration issue or anyother issue.

2059 means the queue manager isn't running. Did you start the queue manager? Also, i assume you are using the API Exerciser (you didn't say...)

| Is the app local to the server (ie. same machine) or remote? If remote, then you may have got your connectivity options wrong? |
