Is it feasible that a WMB6 broker can be created using the same queue manager that a MQSI V2.1 broker used when the two coexist?
Even if only one is running!

The rule still holds, only one broker per queue manager. You can migrate the v2.1 broker to a v6 broker (and back again, provided there is not v6 specific things like msgflows deployed).
