The webservices adapter fails to start. The handshake with the server is successful. But fails after that.
Here is the log.

Mesg: java.lang.NullPointerException
at AppSide_Connector.AppEndConfig.setupConfig(AppEndConfig.java:453)
at AppSide_Connector.AppEnd.setMetaData(AppEnd.java:964)
at AppSide_Connector.AppEnd.init(AppEnd.java:270)
at AppSide_Connector.AppEnd.<init>(AppEnd.java:137)
at AppSide_Connector.AppEnd.main(AppEnd.java:1092)
at AppEndWrapper.main(AppEndWrapper.java:2
]
Env: ICS 4.3.0.2
WS Adapter version: 3.4.3

Any clue why this happens.
