Found a problem with MQ cluster. I am using MQ V6 and created a cluster with 3 QMs. There are 2 QMs with full repository.

I then manually deleted 1 of the QM using the steps specified in the Infocenter.

Then I did a dis disqmgr(*). I found that the delete QM is still listed. Only when I did a RESET CLUSTER, was I able to remove the delete QM from the cluster.

Was wondering if this is a bug or a normal consequence of manually deleting a QM.

You mean dis clusqmgr(*)?

Normal consequence. The information stays in the repository for 90 days (30 days + 60 days grace period). Check your cluster manual.

Yes, I meant dis clusqmgr(*). Thanks for the reply. Info must have slipped by me when I looked through the InfoCenter.
