Hi,
We have a portal application running on windows.Workflow server and runtime database on AIX machine.Application will create a workflow instance through the use of trigger monitor.
Problem we are facing is:
Creation of workflow instance is taking more time(more than a min or two). How do we tune the performance of workflow now?

Hi mac,
Support pac you suggested is of use.Thanks. According to it Workflow should not take more than 15 sec to instantiate a workflow instance.
I need one clarification..
AIX machine itself taking a time to communicate with Portal sever on Windows.I have one utility which confirm this. So it may be taking time to instatiate workflow instance. Any help to resolve this.
